The series has imperfection in printing of the main element of postage stamp, its name, and unique purpose (famine relief)!... The collection is unique. The stamp was discovered in Ukraine in 2010. The discoverer is Yevhen Hryshchenko a researcher and writer.  The flagship stamp of the collection may be compared to and exceeds the main characteristics of the most famous post stamps of the world., British Guiana or Blue Mauritius (Printed outside the issuing country, imperfection in printing (curious mistakes in wording and application), a part of the first issue of the country of issue).  The characteristic feature of this collection and the assembly of stamps as a whole is the owner sign available on the back side of a number of stamps.
